These terms describe the rules of the road for using the Nora waitlist site and — once it's live — the Nora app. By using either, you agree to what's below.

The waitlist

By submitting your email on this site, you're asking to be notified when Nora launches and to claim a founding-member discount if you're in the first 1,000. You can leave at any time by writing to support@noratime.app.

The app (when it ships)

• Personal use only. Nora is a personal productivity tool. Don't use it to harass, deceive, or harm anyone.
• Account. If you create an in-app account (for friend transfers or sync), you're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe.
• Honest use. Don't try to break, reverse-engineer, scrape, or game the app's balance system in ways that affect other users.

Subscriptions

The basics of Nora are free, forever. Optional features (Nora Pro, friend transfers, shop items) are sold through the App Store, governed by Apple's own terms. You can cancel any subscription in your iPhone Settings.

Founding-member discount

If you're among the first 1,000 people on the waitlist, you'll get 50% off any Nora Pro subscription — for as long as you remain subscribed continuously. If your subscription lapses for more than 30 days, the discount may not be reapplied automatically.

Intellectual property

The Nora name, logo, ghost mascot, copy, and design are mine. You're welcome to share screenshots and link to noratime.app — please don't redistribute the app, its assets, or its written content without asking first.

No warranty

Nora is provided "as is." I'll do my best to keep it running well and to honor what's promised here, but I can't guarantee zero bugs, zero downtime, or that the app will be a perfect fit for your particular goals.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from using Nora. Total liability for any direct claim is capped at the amount you paid me (which, for the waitlist phase, is zero).

Changes to these terms

If I update these terms in a meaningful way, I'll update the date above and notify anyone with an in-app account by email. Continuing to use the site or app after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If we ever can't sort out a dispute by writing to each other first, it goes to the courts of London.
